Taken in Marquette, MI in early March of 2026 on a cold evening. I sat on the ice listening to the ice creaking and sloshing as Lake Superior gentle moves beneath. I was waiting for the sun to set enough to find its way to poke through the small opening in the clouds closest to the horizon.
