FAQ's

How long will it take to receive my order?

Prints: typically ship within 1-2 business days.

Prints require a minimum of 24 hrs. dry time before they can be packaged. Typical wait time between order and delivery is usually 4-6 business days.

How is my order shipped?

Prints: Your print is placed in a form fitting clear bag to protect against moisture during shipping. We pack your print(s) sandwiched between oversized cardboard backing board. A plastic mailer is used for the final step in the process providing an additional layer of protection against rain/snow. All shipments are sent using USPS.

My order arrived damaged. Now what?

We go beyond what’s necessary in packaging your order but on occasion damage can occur en route during the shipping process. Unfortunately this is out of our control. If your order has sadly suffered damage please email us a clear picture of the damage at greentravel82@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving it and we’ll work with you to make things right.

What is your return policy?

Green traveler does not accept returns. Works damaged in transit may be replaced on a case by case basis. Please email us as soon as you receive the damaged work: Email

Please note we work hard to ensure that all images are displayed accurately, however screen resolutions, type of screen, other brightness and color shift settings may cause sublet variations from the final printed version you receive.

How do I care for my print?

Avoid touching the surface of your print and matte. Oils and dirt can be transferred from your hands, handle by the edges only. Rough treatment can scratch the surface and harm the pigment. We recommend that you frame your print as soon as possible as this will help to protect the work once it is on display.
